COVID-19 Update: Doors Open, Masks Not Mandatory

To Our Valued Clients,

Since Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 our doors have been open to our clients. It has been amazing to be back to normal again and to be able to see you all with your babies in person! While we don’t have a mandatory mask policy for our clients, since we are a small team, we do ask that you wear a mask while in the hospital if you are sick. This will allow us all to stay healthy and to keep providing you with the kind of care and service we have become known for in the community.

Thank you for your assistance and for bearing with us through the “Covid years”. May we never have to do that again! :)

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still here for you and your pet!

Dear Valued Clients,

Yesterday Premier Doug Ford announced that all non-essential services must close by end of day today. Since this announcement, we have received numerous inquiries as to whether we will be able to remain open. We are very happy to report, the list of essential businesses was released last night and veterinarians are currently considered essential. We are able to continue to provide necessary services to you and your beloved fur family.

We will continue with our locked door policy to ensure we are doing our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 to you, your family and our team. When possible, we will ask that you remain in your car. When you have arrived for your appointment, or to pick up product, please call us (519-648-9738) from your vehicle. One of our team members will assist you and your pet.
